Inventory ledger
Receipts, dispatches and adjustments in a readable ledger.
The starting point
The balance matters. So does knowing how it changed.
A single number does not explain an inventory difference. The ledger keeps the item, movement and reason. Corrections are recorded as adjustments so the history remains meaningful.
Follow the balance’s path
Example module
| Movement | Quantity | Balance |
|---|---|---|
| Opening balance | +24 | 24 |
Opening balance: 24. Every movement stays visible.
Demonstration using fictional data. This is not a connected application or an actual client result.
What you are buying

first handover.
Base prices for the stated starter scope, including applicable taxes. The final quote and external costs are confirmed before contracting.

What we need
An item list, opening balances, units and rules for negative inventory.
What you receive
Application, CSV importer, exportable ledger and a guide to reconciling opening balances.
How we verify it
The balance equals the opening balance plus all recorded movements.
Timing depends on materials, access and reviews. The date is confirmed in your quote.
