Information and quote
The catalogue presents starter programming packages. “From” amounts correspond to the described limited scope and do not replace an individual proposal. Sending an enquiry does not enter into a contract, reserve capacity or create a payment obligation.
Before contracting, a proposal identifies the parties, objectives, deliverables, limits, dependencies, total price including applicable taxes, external expenses, timing, payments and acceptance criteria. Specific terms require express acceptance in a form that can be retained.
Prices and external costs
Published prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Tax percentages are not displayed. Hosting, domains, licences, messaging and third-party API usage are outside the package unless expressly agreed and are itemised before contracting. Work or charges will not be added without prior agreement.
Invoicing, deposits and due dates are set out in each proposal. This website does not collect card details, process payments or activate automatic renewals.
Scope, timing and collaboration
Each page describes package quantities and limits. Timing is indicative and depends on client materials, access and reviews. Dates and milestones are confirmed in writing. An extension, additional integration or change of objective is documented with its price and schedule impact before execution.
The client must hold the rights and permissions for materials and data they provide. Where work involves processing personal data on the client’s behalf, an appropriate data-processing agreement will be agreed before access.
Handover, acceptance and support
Handover includes the elements listed in the proposal. Tests and the defect-reporting process are defined before work begins. Issues preventing fulfilment of the agreed scope are handled under the contract and applicable law.
Ongoing support, maintenance, new features and hosting operations are not included unless expressly stated. Commercial metrics, an absolute absence of faults, universal performance scores or accessibility certification are not guaranteed. Applicable statutory conformity rights remain in effect.
Code and licences
The proposal identifies the custom code delivered and the relevant usage or assigned rights. Assignment of rights in custom developments, where agreed, takes effect under the agreed terms and following the stipulated payment. Existing and third-party components retain their licences.
Client data and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Publishing work as a reference or case study requires separate permission.
Consumers and withdrawal
If you contract at a distance as a consumer, consumer information and protection rights apply. In general, you may withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days of entering into it, without giving a reason, by sending an unambiguous notice to the email or address in the legal notice.
If you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, only the legally applicable proportionate amount for work actually supplied may be charged. The right is lost on full performance only where the legal conditions of prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss are met.
Digital content supplied without a tangible medium may have specific consent and confirmation rules. No exception or waiver is presumed merely because software is bespoke. The enquiry form contains no authorisation for an early start.
Where applicable, refunds are made within the statutory 14 days after notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless validly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee.
Withdrawal notice example
You may use this text or any other unambiguous statement. Using this example is not mandatory:
To LARA MEDIA GROUP SL: I give notice that I withdraw from the service contract entered into on [date], concerning [service]. Consumer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Notice date: [date]. Signature, only if submitted on paper: [signature].
Complaints and applicable law
For issues or complaints, email the contact address with the project and reason. Spanish law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
Court jurisdiction follows applicable rules; consumers are not required to use a venue that limits their rights. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
