Providers and recipients
The site is prepared for hosting and form reception through Netlify, Inc. The supplied contact email uses Google’s Gmail. These providers process data under the contracted services and their data-protection terms. Access is limited to those who need to handle the enquiry or service.
We do not sell data. It may be disclosed to authorities where legally required, and to advisers or providers necessary to perform a contracted service, with the appropriate safeguards.

International transfers
Netlify and Google may use infrastructure or personnel outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, it must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or valid safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider’s service and contract. You may request information about safeguards applicable to your enquiry at the contact email.
Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless information must be retained for a claim or legal obligation. Contract and invoicing data are retained for the applicable statutory periods; where required, they are restricted to legal-liability purposes before deletion.
Technical logs and provider backups follow the hosting service’s configuration and retention periods. The visual session preference described in the storage policy is removed when the session ends or preferences are cleared.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by writing to the contact email. State which right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate your enquiry. Additional verification will only be requested where there are reasonable doubts about identity.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects or build profiles from this form.
Required data and changes
Required fields allow us to identify and answer the enquiry; without them, it may not be possible to handle it. The form is intended for adults acting for themselves or an organisation. If processing changes or a new tool is added, this policy will be updated before it is applied.
